Berry-licious Overnight Oats
Did you know? Oats contain a powerful soluble fiber called beta-glucan, which helps reduce cholesterol levels and promotes feelings of fullness.

Ingredients (1 servings):

  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries and/or blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine oats, Greek yogurt, oat milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, fruit and salt. Stir well to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  3. In the morning, stir the oats and add more oat milk if desired for preferred consistency.
  4. Enjoy!

Serving, Storage, and Shelf Life:
Prepared oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Add fresh fruit just before serving. For meal prep, prepare multiple jars at once and store without fruit toppings
